How to Keep Your Body Hydrated Without Gulping 8 Glasses of Water A Day

We all know why it’s important to keep our body hydrated. It boosts our energy level, brain function and physical performance. It prevents headaches and relieves constipation. It even prevents hangovers and helps us lose weight.

On top of that, you’ll be able to get wetter down there.

Doctors know you’ll get all those benefits if you’re always hydrated. And that’s why they tell us to drink 8 glasses of water a day.

That’s all well and good. But, let’s be honest with ourselves:

Most of us cannot keep that up.

It’s hard to gulp 8 glasses of water every single day, which is why many of us give up after a while. (And those extra bathroom trips are upsetting too.)

But thankfully, there’s good news. Researchers have found easier ways to keep the body hydrated that have nothing to do with drinking more water.

Now almost everyone can use these tips to easily keep their body hydrated.

When you do, your body will experience the benefits of keeping your body hydrated. (Which can include more wetness down there.)

4 Tasty Ways To Keep Your Body Hydrated

1. Eat your water.

Here’s one way to increase your water intake without having to drink water to stupor.

All you have to do is to start eating your water.

Yes, doctors recommend eating ‘foods’ that have very high water content. And while these foods hydrate your body, they also flood your body with beneficial nutrients.

That way the nutrients and water content go directly into your cells and improve the moisture levels of every cell in your body.

But that’s not all. There’s another reason why many health experts want you to eat your water.

When you eat your water, the nutrients would quickly get to your vagina and help to restart your natural lubrication too!

Some of these high water-content foods include fruits like cucumbers (96% water)... watermelon (92% water)... berries (85% water)... and leafy greens (90% water).

So stock them up the next time you go grocery shopping.

Bonus: Eat Omega-3 rich foods. Foods that have high omega-3 content help to keep vaginal cells hydrated. These foods maintain the cell membrane structure of vaginal cells… which is crucial for moisture retention.

Some examples of omega-3 rich foods are salmon, flaxseeds, and walnuts. Make sure to load up on these as well. Your downstairs lubrication will thank you.

2. Supplement your water with hydrating beverages

Do you know that some people can’t drink plain water? These people get their water from other sources like beverages.

Yes, it’s true. Most blogs will tell you it’s not possible to survive without drinking plain water, but many people are doing it.

What those people do is they swap water for beverages that have very high water content

Instead of water, they drink herbal teas (up to 99% water)… coconut water (over 95% water)... caffeine-based drinks (89% water)… beer (up to 96% water)… milk (up to 87% water)…  etc.

Yes, these drinks do not directly dehydrate you, according to the Mayo Clinic. (Unless you take them at unreasonably high concentrations.)

Please Note: We’re advising you to stop drinking water. We want to show you that you can supplement your water intake by taking more beverages.

Why? Because beverages have a very high water content.

So the next time you don’t feel like drinking water, grab a good beverage instead. You’ll load up your body with beneficial nutrients… while giving your hydration a big boost!

Finally… if you don’t like drinking beverages, here’s an alternative: Infuse your water with fruits or a dash of juice to spruce up the taste.

3. Try these tasty drinks that pack your body with loads of beneficial electrolytes

As you may know, our bodies thrive on electrolytes.

Electrolytes are minerals that regulate the most essential functions in our body, including pH balance… muscle contraction… hydrating… and nerve signaling.

So as you can see, our body needs these electrolytes! Our vaginal microbiome needs them to regulate our pH too and keep vaginal infections out.

But we lose these helpful electrolytes everyday for a number of reasons. We lose them every time we sweat. We lose them when we exercise. And we lose lots of them whenever we struggle with health conditions like vomiting or diarrhea.

But here’s the good news:

You can easily replenish your electrolytes by drinking special beverages! These electrolyte-boosting beverages also give you another side benefit: they help to keep your body well-hydrated.

Some examples of beverages that are loaded with electrolytes include milk… coconut water… fruit juice… smoothies… and gatorade.

Add them to your wellness routine if you haven’t already!

4. Eat more soup

Have you noticed that you stool very little when you eat soup?

Why does that happen?

Because when you eat soup, your body absorbs almost all the nutrients. Yes, your body absorbs both the nutrients… and the very high water content of the soup.

And that’s why we added soup to the list.

So, make sure to add more soups in your meal schedule.

If you don’t like soups, then choose other liquid-based meals like broths and smoothies.

The point is that you want to eat foods that have a lot of water in it. That way your body gets helpful nutrients… while keeping you hydrated.

So there you have it.

Now you don’t have to gulp 8 glasses of water a day if you don’t want to. Simply drink your normal quantity of water… and add one or more of these tips to your regimen and still keep your body hydrated.

Try them. Your body will thank you!
