Shipping policy
At Flower Power, we ensure efficient and secure shipping of your products. All items are dispatched from our Jackson, WI warehouse via USPS, with a handling time of 1 business day, shipping by 3:00 pm the next business day.
Order Agreement:
By ordering on our website (https://getflowerpower.com), you agree to our shipping terms. Shipping costs, based on weight, dimensions, and destination, are calculated at checkout and shown clearly before purchase.
Shipping Timeframes:
Domestic shipments usually take 3-7 days, while international orders can take 10-22 days. If you need to change the delivery address, do so before dispatch. We ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses via USPS, but not with courier services.
Out-of-Stock Items:
For out-of-stock items, in-stock items are sent immediately, and the rest are dispatched once available. If delivery is delayed, contact us for assistance.
Tracking and Damages:
You'll receive a tracking link upon dispatch. If a parcel arrives damaged, refuse it if possible and contact customer service. If damaged when not at home, get in touch for next steps.
Taxes and Duties:
Sales tax is applied as shown on our website. Import duties and taxes for international shipments are your responsibility. If refused, the goods return to us at your expense, and you'll be refunded minus return shipping costs.

Lost Packages:
Once dispatched, we are not responsible for packages lost in transit (unless Shipping Protection is purchased). Use shipping options with tracking and insurance for added security. For lost packages, contact the shipping provider as Flower Power is not liable for replacements or refunds.
