At Flower Power Feminine Health, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund.
Here’s how it works:
General Refund Policy:

Opened Products:
- You can return one opened bottle within 30 days for a full refund.
- If you have multiple opened bottles, only one bottle will be eligible for a refund, even if all were purchased within 30 days.
- Please provide a reason for returning the opened product from the following:
- Product defect or damage
- Adverse reactions
- Incorrect product received
- Product ineffectiveness
- Change in medical condition
- Packaging issues
- Shipping error

Unopened Products:
- You can return one unopened product in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.
- If you have multiple unopened products, only one unopened product will be refunded.
Example Scenario:
- If Sarah orders 3 bottles and opens one, she can get a refund for the one opened bottle and one of the two unopened bottles, as long as they are returned within 30 days.
How to Return a Product:

Contact Us:
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@getflowerpower.com. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and the specific issue from the list above.

Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and must obtain their own return shipping label. We do not provide return labels.
- Customers must also obtain a tracking number for the return shipment.

Notify Us:
- Once the return shipment has arrived at our warehouse, notify us with the tracking number and confirmation of delivery. Customers must actively monitor the tracking number and inform us as soon as the return is marked as delivered.
- Upon receiving your notification and verifying the tracking information, we will process your refund.

Processing Your Return:

- Once we confirm the return has arrived at our warehouse and verify the tracking information, we will inspect the product(s) and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions:
- Products that are damaged or defective upon arrival can be returned for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us immediately if this occurs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Orders:
- Our refund policy applies to domestic orders only. For international orders, please contact us for specific return instructions.
Shipping Protection:
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged products unless shipping protection is purchased.
- Shipping protection is non-refundable.
